Darlene Mcphail has extensive experience in management and direct care, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at both CTC/US Department of State and RHD since September 2009. Additionally, Darlene has been providing direct care at The Oak Hill School since September 1998. Darlene holds a degree in psychology with a focus on behavior disorders from Colorado Christian University, completed in 2014, and also pursued a non-received certificate in family and marriage counseling from Liberty University between 2009 and 2014.
