Xiaofan L. is a seasoned program director and manager currently working at OAI, Inc. since October 2021, with previous roles as program manager and interim program manager & consultant. Prior experience includes serving as a business analyst at the Chicago Southland Economic Development Corporation from October 2020 to February 2024, and as a visiting researcher at Governors State University from August 2018 to July 2020. Additionally, Xiaofan held the position of policy fellow at the Cook County Bureau of Economic Development in 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy specializing in Program Evaluation and Economic Development from the University of Chicago, a Master’s Degree in Science in Management from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and an undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University.
