Charles Fitzgerald has extensive experience in public sector auditing, currently serving as a Senior Performance Auditor at the Office of the Auditor-General in New Zealand since January 2012. In this role, Charles contributes to performance audits, data analysis, and reporting, and has previously held various positions within the office, including Sector Manager on secondment, where management of relationships with public entities was a key responsibility. Prior to this, Charles gained experience in customer service as a Checkout Supervisor at Fresh Choice Queenstown and briefly worked as an Issuing Officer for the New Zealand Electoral Commission. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in International Studies and dual undergraduate degrees in Finance and Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Otago.
