Samanta Oliveira is an experienced professional in data protection and privacy management, currently serving as an Advisor at REDE LÍDERES DIGITAIS since May 2024. Oliveira manages the Data Privacy Program for Mercado Livre in Brazil while also leading the Data Protection Committee at Movimento Inovação Digital since October 2021. As a Visiting Professor at LEC, Oliveira educates future professionals on data protection compliance. Additional roles include Coordinator of the Data Protection and E-commerce Commission at OAB SP and being a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Previous experience includes privacy management roles at banco BV, unico IDtech, and Neoway. Oliveira holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and additional qualifications in Civil Procedure and Law.
