Shashank Mittal has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Shashank started as a Management Intern at DSCL, then moved to Shubhashray in 2012 as a Business Analyst, where they handled the whole lifecycle of HRMS starting from requirements gathering to implementation and change management. Shashank also played a pivotal role in making lead data available real time by implementing SaaS based product HomeBuy360 and had experience with Oracle Fusion CRM implementation. In 2017, they became a Lead Functional Consultant at Indus Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and then moved to Logo Infosoft in 2018 as a Senior Manager - Enterprise Solutions. Most recently, they have been a Program Manager at O4S since 2022.

Shashank Mittal completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2012 with a concentration in Finance and Information Technology. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre in 2010, with a major in Computer Engineering. Before that, they completed their HSC from Kalka Public School in 2006 in the field of Science. Shashank'sSSC was completed from DAV Public School in 2004.
