Elizabeth Keska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, product management, and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Business Solutions at O2E Brands, Elizabeth manages a team of nine Business Analysts and Product Managers, driving digital initiatives and strategic alignment across the organization. Previously, Elizabeth held roles including Product Manager for web and e-commerce initiatives across multiple O2E Brands, where Elizabeth developed product roadmaps and championed agile practices. With a strong foundation in workforce planning from Aritzia and Coast Capital Savings, Elizabeth has successfully influenced corporate strategy and optimized operational efficiency throughout their career.
