Vivian Marthell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the arts, culture, and nonprofit sectors. As the CEO and Co-Founder of O Cinema since 2008, Vivian has played a vital role in providing South Florida audiences with independent and engaging film experiences. In addition, Vivian has served as the Director of NSFW Miami since 2015, facilitating discussions and activities centered around contemporary cultural issues. Vivian's leadership experience also includes serving as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for The Alliance for GLBTQ Youth from 2008 to 2018, as well as acting as the Business Manager at R7K Research & Conveyance from 2014 to 2017. Early in the career, Vivian contributed as an Admin for the Girls Coalition of Miami Dade from 2008 to 2010. Educational background includes studies at Miami Dade College.
