Nathan McDonald is an experienced professional with a strong background in client success implementation and project management. Since April 2017, Nathan has served as the Manager of Client Success Implementation at O.C. Tanner, overseeing the Implementation team and ensuring the efficient use of resources. Nathan's previous roles at O.C. Tanner included Implementation Technology Manager and Senior Project Implementation Specialist, where expert knowledge of global operations was utilized to support enterprise clients. Additionally, Nathan held various leadership positions at Westminster College, including Head Coach for Men's Club Soccer and Chair of the Westminster Committee of Recent Graduates, focusing on scheduling, logistics, and alumni engagement. Nathan holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Westminster University.
