Mike Ane is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Engineer at NZX Limited since May 2021, Mike has also held the position of Technical Support Analyst at nib nz limited since November 2013, where responsibilities include acting as an escalation point for Level 1 issues, providing desktop support, and assisting with network and server issues. Prior experience includes a role as Systems Analyst at Dimension Data from January 2011 to November 2013, focusing on Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and supporting Citrix environments.
