James Shi is a seasoned professional in the transportation engineering field, currently serving as Programme Manager for the National Land Transport Programme at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency. With experience as a Senior Project Manager overseeing complex special projects and prior roles as a Transportation Engineer on secondment at BECA, James has a solid background in program management and project execution.
