Eflamm Allain is an experienced Programme Manager currently leading the Planning & Investment Evidence Base programme at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency. Previous roles include managing the Sustainable Food & Fibre Futures fund and the Primary Growth Partnerships fund at the Ministry for Primary Industries, as well as serving as an Investment Manager. Eflamm also held positions at The University of Auckland's Liggins Institute as Operations Manager for the High-Value Nutrition National Science Challenge, and at The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research Ltd as Project & Operations Manager and Project Manager in Marketing & Communications. Early career experience includes working as a Product Innovation Facilitator at IAG. Eflamm's educational background includes a Maîtrise des Sciences et Techniques de l'Innovation, spécialisé en Biologie from the Institut des Sciences et Techniques de l'Ingénieur d'Angers and a DUT in Techniques de Commercialisation from the Institut Universitaire de Technologie de Quimper.
