Chakriya Chin is an experienced professional in service design and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency. Previous roles include Service Designer at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) and the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). Chakriya has also contributed to the field as an Experience Designer at CHIN CREATIVE STUDIO and as a UX/UI Designer on a contract basis with Bamboo Creative.
