Jenelle Strickland currently serves as the Black Ferns Team Manager at New Zealand Rugby since April 2023, after holding multiple roles in various organizations, including as a Diversity Programmes Coordinator and Nelson Marlborough Branch Manager at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand since January 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Project Lead and Vocational Coordinator at the Nelson Regional Development Agency from July 2020 to June 2022, where Jenelle focused on enhancing connections between local employers, schools, and students. Prior roles at New Zealand Rugby from July 2014 to June 2020 involved developing educational content for Team Managers and facilitating their training. Additional roles spanned various positions at the Tasman Rugby Union and the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology. Jenelle holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Sports Management and a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Sport Coaching from Massey University.
