Sam Butler is a Senior Investment Analyst at NZ Growth Capital Partners, with experience in the field since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sam served as an Intellectual Property Advisor and Coordinator at The New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research Limited from January 2017 to September 2022. Additionally, Sam contributed as an Agritech and Foodtech Investment Committee Member at Return On Science from January 2017 to January 2018, providing guidance to teams focused on commercializing agricultural and food technologies. Sam holds a Master's degree in Bioscience Enterprise from The University of Auckland and a Postgraduate Diploma in the same field. A Bachelor of Science in Genetics was obtained from the University of Otago.
