Jacob Browning brings extensive academic and professional experience in the field of philosophy and data science. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Associate at New York University since June 2021, Jacob also contributes as a writer for Noema Magazine. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Researcher at the NYU Center for Data Science and Research Fellow at the Berggruen Institute. Additional experience encompasses visiting scientist at the MIT Brain and Cognitive Science Center and multiple adjunct instructor positions across several universities, including Montclair State University, CUNY New York City College of Technology, and William Paterson University of New Jersey. Jacob earned a PhD in Philosophy from The New School and a BA in Religion from Pepperdine University.
