Liliana De Jesus currently serves as the Director of HR Communications at NYU Langone Health, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Liliana held various positions at the Hospital for Special Surgery from May 2015 to March 2024, including Assistant Director of Communications & Special Projects and Project Coordinator in Human Resources. Responsibilities included managing HR communications, overseeing organization-wide initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of organizational tone and branding in communication efforts. Earlier experience includes roles at NBC News as a Planning and Operations Analyst, and at Patch.com in multiple administrative and project management capacities supporting C-suite executives and regional directors. Liliana earned a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies & English from Queens College.
