Laura O'Connor, MA RDN CDN CNSC IFNCP, currently serves as a GI Registered Dietitian at NYU Langone Health since May 2023, following a role as a Dietitian Care Manager at CenterLight Health System. Previous experience includes positions as a Registered Dietitian at Northwell Health, Catholic Health, and Montefiore Medical Center, where notable contributions included securing pending order privileges for parenteral nutrition and developing nutrition care plans for complex conditions. Laura O'Connor's educational background features a Master of Arts in Education from Stony Brook University, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from LIU Post, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Mount Saint Mary College.
