Jill Carroll is an experienced product manager specializing in digital health solutions. Currently working at NYU Langone Health as a Product Manager for Digital Solutions, Jill leads the development of a custom messaging application for treatment delay notifications and oversees the strategy for survey tools organization-wide. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Product Manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where Jill developed strategies for a conversational UI tool and conducted user research for patient education, and as a Senior Product Manager at Summit Health, where Jill focused on understanding complex workflows for high-risk patient populations. Previous experience at Mount Sinai Health System involved the design and implementation of a large-scale Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) solution, while earlier roles included project management for health IT projects. Jill holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
