Bushra Sheikh is an experienced grants management professional with a strong background in research administration. Currently serving as a Grants Manager and Senior Grants Specialist at NYU Langone Health since June 2019, Bushra provides oversight and guidance to researchers on grant applications. Previously, Bushra worked at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston as a Sponsored Projects Administrator, focusing on the review and approval of grant proposals and contracts. Prior experience includes supporting faculty in the Biostatistics department at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center and contributing to research administration at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Bushra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from The City University of New York.
