Crystal Egbunam, MHA, possesses extensive experience in health care administration. Currently serving as a HIM Analyst at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since October 2014, Crystal has also held the position of ER Registration Specialist at the same institution. From April 2021 to August 2023, Crystal worked as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at NYC Health + Hospitals. Prior experience includes the role of Clinical Administrative Specialist at the Sports Injury & Pain Management Clinic of New York from October 2019 to April 2021. Crystal holds a Master of Health Care Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services from Long Island University.
