Melanie Riland is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in evaluating and treating children and adolescents with various language and articulation disorders. Currently employed at Nyman Associates, Inc. since December 2018, Melanie has previously worked with Theraplay, Inc., where treatment involved the use of AAC devices and addressed feeding and swallowing needs. Additionally, experience includes serving as Vice President of SLP Programming and Region 1 National Delegate for National NSSLHA, and multiple roles in educational settings supporting students with disabilities. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders, complemented by minors in Special Education and Linguistics, both from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
