Jess Tyus currently serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Nym, with a progression of roles in Customer Success from Director to Vice President. Prior experience includes positions at Flatiron Health, where Jess held various leadership roles focused on academic and health system partnerships. At Deloitte, Jess advanced from Summer Associate to Manager in Healthcare Customer Strategy and Applied Design. Earlier work experience includes roles at Care for the Homeless as Assistant Clinic Administrator and Health Educator, and as an AmeriCorps Member with the San Francisco Department of Public Health. Jess holds an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management, a Master’s in Health Care Management from Yale School of Public Health, and a BA in Economics and International Development Studies from UCLA.
