Ruchika Sarma currently serves as Principal Product Manager at Nykaa, overseeing the customer support platform across various business segments since May 2018. Previously, Ruchika held the role of Senior Product Manager at Nykaa, focusing on post-order journeys and enhancing customer experience on Nykaa.com and NykaaFashion. Prior to Nykaa, Ruchika worked at Samsung R&D Institute India as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the Android platform group on the 'Gear Manager' app for connecting smart watches and fitness bands. Ruchika started the career as a Software Engineer and also gained experience as an Industrial Trainee at GridInfocom and as an Intern at Mahindra Comviva. Ruchika holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology.
