Ruchi Bhadola is an experienced software development engineer in test (SDET) lead currently at Nykaa since October 2021, previously serving as associate manager at RateGain and lead test analyst at Info Edge India Ltd. With a strong background in automation frameworks utilizing Selenium WebDriver, JAVA, and TestNG, Ruchi has effectively guided and mentored teams while automating regression and functional test suites. Earlier roles include senior QA associate and software test engineer, where Ruchi was involved in test execution and defect reporting. Ruchi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Motivational Pathway and completed secondary education at Sarvodaya Girls Senior Secondary School and Air Force Senior Secondary School.
