Martin Rafferty is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in facility management and construction. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Marriott International since October 2020, Martin also holds the position of Senior Director Engineer at ABFS Facility and Regional Director of Construction at M&R Hotel Management. Martin's extensive experience includes roles as Chief Engineer at both Macy's Herald Square and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, along with ownership of All In One Services, specializing in reg glazing and regrouting. Additionally, Martin has worked as an Operating Engineer for Local 30 since May 2001 and has a strong educational foundation from Turner Engineering, completed in 2019.
