Julie Hyppolite MD, MPH, currently serves as the Clinical Director for Social Determinants of Health at NYC Health + Hospitals, a role commenced in July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing health-related social needs screening, supporting resource connection strategies, and supervising Public Health Corps Nurse Practitioners. Prior experience includes a Chief Resident position and Resident Physician role in Family Medicine at Montefiore Health System from July 2018 to June 2021, and participation in a Clinical Leadership Fellowship at NYC Health & Hospitals focusing on population health. Julie Hyppolite earned an MD from Drexel University College of Medicine, an MPH from Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health, and a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Notre Dame.
