Caroline Grasso is an experienced sports management professional currently serving as an Internal Services Coordinator, Club Lacrosse Coach, and Girls Lacrosse Communication & Data Coordinator at NXTsports since August 2021. Additionally, Caroline manages operations and communication for OHP Athletics and has been an Assistant Coach for the Varsity Lacrosse team at Archmere Academy since March 2018, assisting players with the college recruiting process. Previous roles include coaching at Belles Lacrosse Club and Greene Turtle MSI, an Operations Intern at Delaware Football Club Hockessin, and a National Teams Intern at USA Lacrosse, where event planning and data analysis were key responsibilities. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Delaware and served as an Assistant Manager at Westminster Swim Club and as a Rehabilitation Technician at ATI Physical Therapy earlier in their career.
