Arthur Gonzales, MBA, is an experienced project manager currently leading an Agile team on a cyber remediation project for the State of Maryland's Department of Information Technology at NXT. With a background in change management and consulting across various organizations, Arthur has developed expertise in managing stakeholder relationships, IT service management, and compliance assessments per NIST and CIS benchmarks. Previous roles include Change Management Specialist at Oxy, Consultant at EOG Resources, Senior Manager at Evolvsys, and IT Service Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Arthur holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from UHD Marilyn Davies College of Business and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown.
