Lawrence Llamelo has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and people organization. Lawrence is currently working at SiteMinder as the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead- APAC and the Talent Acquisition Lead for the Philippines, where they are responsible for recruitment strategy, employee branding, and culture building. Before that, Lawrence co-founded nXscale, a company that connects global startups with the Philippine talent market. Lawrence also worked as a Senior Recruitment Manager at edamama, an e-commerce platform, and as the Lead for Client Solutions and Talent Acquisition at One to Scale Inc, a consulting firm. Lawrence has experience in talent acquisition roles at Canva, Crystal Equation Corporation, PSG Global Solutions, and PayPal.

Lawrence Llamelo completed their high school education from Bicol University between 2001 and 2005. Lawrence later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from Angelicum College, graduating from the program in 2008.
