Victoria French is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Business and Operations at NXP Semiconductors since December 2015. Prior to this role, Victoria held several positions at Freescale Semiconductor from March 2003 to December 2015, including Director of Software Programs and Operations and Software PMO & Operations Manager. Victoria's career began at Motorola, where roles included Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing & Operations, and European Business Manager, spanning from October 1994 to March 2003. Earlier experience includes a position as New Product Marketing Engineer at IBM from August 1991 to September 1994. Victoria holds both a Master’s Degree in Computing Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
