Shannon Kovar is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at 3E Nano Inc since January 2024, Shannon is instrumental in developing innovative solar control coatings. Prior to this, Shannon held the position of Vice President of Operations at Alegion from November 2020 to April 2023, where operational infrastructure was established for a venture-backed enterprise software firm, leading to significant revenue growth. Shannon's experience also includes serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at MTPV Power Corporation, where the focus was on converting industrial waste heat to electricity, and prior roles at Dun & Bradstreet, Unisys, and HP, emphasizing operational excellence and strategic program management. Shannon holds a Master’s degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
