Bill Chang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Singtel and Nxera, as well as Chair of Bridge Alliance and the Singapore Institute of Technology, Bill has previously held significant positions, including Executive Vice President of Business Group at Singtel and Managing Director at Cisco. Bill's tenure at Singapore Polytechnic included roles as Chairman of the Board, Deputy Chairman, and Board Member. Bill's educational background includes an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, the International Directors’ Program from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University.
