Pauline Bos - van der Wel currently serves as Bestuurssecretaris at NWO (Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek) since September 2020, where key responsibilities include acting as Secretary to the NWO Executive Board and serving as a liaison with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. Prior to this role, Pauline held various positions at Ipsos Nederland from October 2017 to September 2020, advancing from Junior Research Executive to Senior Research Executive, focusing on qualitative market research. Pauline's academic background includes a Master of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both obtained from Leiden University, where experiences included serving on the Faculty Council and working in the Cognitive Psychology Department.
