Barbara Schmoyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design and training program development. Currently serving as a Contractor and Technical Training Designer/Developer at NW Natural since November 2013, Barbara collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and Trainers to create comprehensive training programs utilizing the ADDIE model. With a background that includes serving as President of FEWWStories.com and as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer at EnDyna, Inc., where Barbara developed training for the Department of Transportation, Barbara has also held significant roles at Xerox, PRC, and The BDM Corporation. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Instructional Systems Design from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University.
