Ashley Moran is a GIS Technician at NW Natural since December 2019, responsible for modifying, interpreting, and managing spatial data related to engineering records while ensuring the accuracy of GIS databases. Prior experience includes serving as a GIS Technician Geocontractor at Quantum Spatial from July to December 2019, where analytical skills were applied to assess LiDAR point clouds and create 3D models of electrical towers. Additionally, Ashley worked as an Asset Management GIS Intern for the City of San Diego, conducting research on water service line materials and updating GIS databases. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from San Diego State University, earned between 2017 and 2019.
