Rachel Marchetti, MPA, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at nVoq Incorporated since January 2023, Rachel previously held positions at Cardinal Health in account management and commercial enablement from August 2021 to May 2023. With a robust background at Cuyahoga Community College from 2009 to 2019, Rachel progressed through various roles including Project Manager in IT Services and Campus Director for Student Financial Aid & Scholarships. Academically, Rachel holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from Troy University.
