Maya Pandya is currently an Analyst in Consulting at Navigate, where expertise in research and data analysis is applied to solve real-world problems for clients. Maya has been involved with the Michigan Sport Consulting Group since October 2020, holding roles from President to Executive Board Advisor, focusing on developing interview questions and assessing applicants. Additional experience includes internships with University of Michigan Athletics as a Communications & PR Intern and a Property Sales Intern at Creative Artists Agency. Maya also contributed to the Major League Baseball 2021 All-Star Game as an Attraction Manager, enhancing the fan experience. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Michigan, concentration in Policy and Analytics, and a strong foundation from a Magna Cum Laude high school diploma at Boulder High School, Maya has demonstrated a commitment to professional development in the sports industry.
