Ray Olle is a seasoned professional in product development and engineering, currently serving as Director of New Product Development for nVent CADDY and nVent LENTON since September 2015. With a career spanning over two decades at ERICO, Ray held numerous roles including Vice President of CADDY Product Development and Worldwide Manager of Fastening Development, where responsibilities included strategic planning for mechanical fastening products, leading cross-functional teams in new product launches, and overseeing significant development projects. Prior to ERICO, Ray gained experience as a Project Engineer at HWH Architects Engineers Planners Inc., focusing on mechanical systems design and project management. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
