David Nayer, CPA, CA, CFE, CPA (IL), is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in forensic accounting and business valuation. As the Compliance Senior Manager for the Americas and EMEA at nVent since its spin-off from Pentair in May 2018, David leads investigations into violations of the code of conduct and applicable laws. David previously served as Compliance Manager at Pentair and held managerial roles at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where expertise included forensic investigations and business valuation. In addition to industry roles, David has contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at McGill University and Université de Sherbrooke. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Concordia University and a Chartered Business Valuator designation from York University.
