Jan Bogerd serves in multiple leadership roles as of September 2023, including as the acting member of the College van Bestuur at Avans University of Applied Sciences, chair of the Board of Supervisors at Theater Utrecht, and chair of the institutional review in Flanders at NVAO. Additionally, Jan holds a board member position at EigenWijkse Energie Coöperatie and chairs the Utrecht Talent Alliantie. Previously, Jan contributed as a vice-chair at Vereniging Hogescholen and held various significant roles at Hogeschool Utrecht from 2003 to 2023. Jan's educational background includes an Executive MBA earned with distinction from Business School Nederland, along with studies at TIAS School for Business and Society and Harvard Kennedy School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
