Joanne Nigro has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Joanne currently works at NVA Canada as a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, they held senior managerial positions at Arterra Wines Canada, including Senior Manager, People & Culture, Manager, People Strategy & Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Leader. Before joining Arterra Wines Canada, they worked at ADP as a Recruitment Consultant from 2004 to 2007. Joanne also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup from 2000 to 2003.

Joanne Nigro completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Ryerson University from 1996 to 2000. Their field of study during this time was IT and HR.
