Heather Helms Suarez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative management and business operations. Currently serving as Regional Administrative Manager and Office Manager at NV5 since March 2019, Heather has demonstrated exceptional skills in process improvement and team leadership, having previously been promoted to Administrative Team Lead within three months of joining. Prior experience includes roles as Administrative Manager at GMPME Consulting, LLC, and Owner of Three Little Monkeys, LLC Children's Boutique, where Heather successfully grew the business to generate significant annual sales while cultivating a loyal customer base. Heather's career also includes positions in quality management and proposal management, as well as a commitment to family and education, reflected in the successful management of a daycare and completion of an MBA. Heather holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
