Fran Stevenson, MA, is a seasoned professional in customer success leadership with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Nuvolo, Fran previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at the U.S. Council for Athletes' Health, where the first holistic health and wellness app was launched. In prior roles, Fran established a comprehensive customer experience strategy at GoodUnited and led a global team at Movista. Experience also includes significant contributions at Accruent, with roles ranging from Vice President of North America Customer Success to Managing Director, demonstrating a consistent focus on fostering customer relationships and minimizing attrition. Fran holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Kansas State University and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from Bowling Green State University.
