Carlos Aricapa MSE currently serves as a Senior Product Manager for IWMS - Real Estate Products at Nuvolo, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Carlos held the title of Senior Manager of Business Strategy at Unispan USA from February 2018 to September 2021. Carlos began a significant tenure at Johnson Controls in January 2011 as a Global Programs Manager, focusing on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence processes, reporting directly to C-level executives. From January 2001 to January 2011, Carlos acted as the Corporate Operations Manager at Chevron, overseeing infrastructure and building projects across Texas, Florida, and the Caribbean, including various civil works and significant construction projects valued between $1M and $400M.
