Theresa McGrath, MSN, RN, CEN has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Theresa is currently the Director of Patient Care Services at Nuvance Health, specifically at the Northern Dutchess Hospital, where they oversee the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Interventional Radiology. Theresa McGrath, MSN, RN, CEN, has a diverse and extensive education history. Theresa obtained a Master's degree in Nursing: Leadership and Management from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Phoenix. In 2007, they completed nine courses towards a BSN at South University-Savannah Online. Theresa started their nursing education journey in 1992, obtaining an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY). Additionally, they completed 60.6 credits towards a BSN at Molloy University from 1988 to 1990. Theresa has also obtained various certifications through the BOARD OF CERTIFICATION FOR EMERGENCY NURSING (BCENâ„¢), including CEN, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC.
