Akshaya Mishra is an experienced professional in compliance and investment management, currently serving as the Head of Compliance for Investment Management at Nuvama Asset Management since March 2023, overseeing AIF, PMS, and GIFT IFSCA. Prior to this role, Akshaya held several key positions at Edelweiss Global Markets and Edelweiss Financial Services, including Head of Compliance and Head of Business Compliance for Global Markets. With a career that began at J M Morgan Stanley and includes significant roles at Destimoney Securities Pvt. Ltd and Dawnay Day AV, Akshaya possesses extensive expertise in structured products, NCD issuances, broking, and surveillance. Akshaya's educational background includes a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
