Javier Chivite is the Co-Founder & CEO of Nutual, a real estate platform that provides flexible liquidity solutions for homebuyers and homeowners. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at Unicard S.A. from 2017 to 2021. Javier also served as a Consejero at FASTCO from 2016 to 2018 and as the Director of Branches, Digital Channels, and Customer Experience at CMR Falabella from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they worked as the Commercial Director at Bankinter from 2008 to 2013, a Product Manager for Personal Loans at Citigroup from 2007 to 2008, and a Business Development Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2005 to 2007. Javier started their career as a Project Engineer at Carillion from 2001 to 2003.

Javier Chivite's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Javier pursued a degree in Engineering and graduated in 1998 with a degree in ICAI. Following this, from 1998 to 1999, Javier obtained a Master's degree in Health and Safety Engineering from the same institution. Moving forward, Javier attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas yet again from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Marketing and graduated with an ICADE-Bachelor's degree. Continuing their education, they attended IE Business School in 2003, where they completed an International MBA program. Concurrently, from 2003 to 2004, Javier also attended SDA Bocconi, earning an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
