Amani Ezzo, RD, is a registered dietitian and Director of Menu Services at Nutrition Therapy Essentials since February 2022. Amani gained experience as a Dietetic Intern at Stanford Athletics from July 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included fueling the football and basketball teams and providing diet education. Prior experience includes a dietetic volunteer position at Nutrition Therapy Essentials, where Amani performed menu nutritional analysis using ESHA Food Processor software and received food service training according to ServSafe guidelines. Amani holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from both San Jose State University and Lebanese International University.
