Nick Gales is the current CFO at NutriQuest. Nick has also worked as a Business Initiatives Consultant at Wells Fargo and as a Manager for External Reporting at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc.

Gales began their career in finance at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. where they were responsible for all 10-Q and 10-K filings and various benefit plans. Nick also reviewed peer filings and comment letters to ensure current SEC topics were presented appropriately in financial statements. In 2014, they were promoted to Manager - External Reporting. In this role, they were responsible for updating technical accounting memos and other documentation requirements, as well as reviewing XBRL associated with financial statements and footnotes for all 10-Q and 10-K filings. Nick also managed a team of staff members and drove outcomes across groups and functions.

In July 2017, Gales left Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. to work as a Business Initiatives Consultant at Wells Fargo. In this role, they assisted in the implementation of significant new FASB/IFRS standards and Regulatory/Capital rule changes. Nick also presented and communicated significant changes within Wells Fargo to the entire financial reporting group. In February 2018, Gales left Wells Fargo to take on the role of CFO at NutriQuest.

Nick Gales received a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. Nick is certified by the Minnesota Society of CPAs as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Nick Gales reports to Steve Weiss, President & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Rob Musser - Director, Technology, J Culpepper - Director, Latin America, and Ken Purser - Supply Chain & Special Projects Advisor.
