Philippe Lepage is an accomplished professional in the mining industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Mine Development for Nutrien's Potash Business Unit since January 2018, Philippe leads a team focused on areas such as Ground Hazard Mitigation, Mine Design, and Process Metrics. Prior to this role, Philippe held various key positions at PotashCorp from 1998 to 2017, including Mine General Superintendent, where leadership was provided in operational, maintenance, and engineering aspects of mining. Philippe's career commenced at Uranium Saskatchewan in 1996. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and an Executive MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, expected to be completed in December 2025.
